Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying high-quality paint finishes to a range of aerospace products. Working to strict standards and specifications, you will ensure that all surfaces are finished to the highest levels of accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare product surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and masking.

• Apply undercoats and topcoats using a variety of application techniques.

• Mix and thin paints in accordance with technical specifications.

• Conduct visual inspections to verify quality and finish uniformity.

• Maintain compliance with company procedures and client standards.

• Ensure proper care and basic maintenance of painting equipment.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

About You

• Proven experience in paint finishing, ideally within aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.

• Familiarity with various paint types and application methods.

• Ability to interpret technical specifications and work instructions.
