Part Time Administrator

Our Client based in Newbury has a requirement on for a Part-Time Administrator on a permanent basis to join their busy environment, within the Mechanical Engineering industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join their growing business to provide administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the business. The ideal candidate will be looking for a Part-Time position ideally, working 20-25 hours per week; this can be flexible working I.e. Monday – Friday 9.00am – 2.00pm or 3 days a week, the client would require a Monday, Thursday, Friday.

Job Description

  • Co-ordinate and implement office procedures.

  • Use a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office and internal databases.

  • Maintain electronic and paper documents

  • Management of all Admin Duties such as including photocopying, printing and scanning.

  • Prepare documents such as letters, emails and spreadsheets.

  • Handle queries from management, team and customers etc.

  • Organise office space and housekeeping and resources.

  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries and cover reception, greeting visitors and      answering the switchboard.

  • Along with any other duties deemed necessary to support the business.
