Our client based in Woking is looking to recruit a Finance Administrator. They are at the forefront of the Design, manufacture, test, supply, install, commission and service fixed continuous gas detection equipment and environmental monitoring systems. Our Client Covers industry sectors such as; Sewage Treatment Works; Ministry of Defence; Facility Management; Semiconductor Plants, University Clean rooms, covering the South East region and Home Counties.

Our client has customers throughout the UK and some travel away from home may be necessary and overnight stays may be required, all expenses will be paid for by our client.
Description:- Office based role
Finance administration would support the Finance Manager with inputting data in our account system Xero. Their duties will involve inputting of supplier bills, timesheet information, raising customer invoices in draft for checking, checking and inputting staff expenses, answering calls, other administrative office duties.
E-mail management (Microsoft Outlook)
Manage Voice Over IP phone system
Skills:- Good organisational skills; must have a good working knowledge of
Word, Excel, Outlook and PDF writer. A working knowledge with Xero (accounting package) would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided. Ideal candidate will have good standard of Maths and/or business studies and/or Economics.
Hours:- Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm excluding Bank Holidays for a junior

Salary:- £18,000 - £20,000 based on experience and working hours
Holiday:- 20 days plus Bank Holidays adjusted if required for part time role.
