Job Title: Sales & Talent Agent Administrator

Job Description

Our client are looking for a candidate who loves connecting with the outside World, have an interest in, talent management and building client relationships. They are looking for an enthusiastic, incredibly organised and responsible candidate who is able to work under pressure and enjoy it with the ability to work in a very fast paced environment!

 

If you consider you are the right candidate, you must be looking for a LONG TERM POSITION, be punctual, work well in a team environment, providing support daily as your attendance is key to the success of your team.

 

You will interact every day with your Talent (singers, models, actors, influencers, artists) and clients in the entertainment industry. Understanding the client needs and guiding Talent, helping them improve their performance and discipline on a monthly basis.

This would be an ideal role for someone who is:-

  • Proactive and a Critical and analytic thinker
  • A problem Solver who is Eager and has the Willingness to learn
  • Being expert in the client project
  • Be able to implement new strategies and Improve the efficiency of your Talent
  • Must be confident on the phone
  • Confidence managing many clients on a daily basis.

 

Duties:

Calling and meeting the Talent to:-

     Guide them before an audition.

     Guide them before the project start.

     Guide them alongside the project

     Providing continuous feedback, along with confirming their availability.

     Checking availability and Appointment reminders.

     Organising activities for the App, calendar, schedules, confirmation and replacements.

     Problem Solving

     Taking full responsibility of the Talent performance.

     Being up to date with the improvements on the client App

Other Duties

  • Be able to communicate any changes.

     Identifying new job opportunities.

     Direct Marketing Sales (Sales Emails to find new briefs - Calls - Cold Calling)

     Send suggestions to clients, chasing, getting feedback, pushing and replacing Talent.

     Taking briefs from clients and selecting the best Talent to ensure the greatest success of their project.

     Building and maintaining relationships in the long term with clients to ensure a steady flow of briefs and opportunities for the Talent.

     Keep the database updated with appointments and jobs, invoices, notes, Talent details.

     Checking emails after working hrs, sporadically if something urgent.

        Administration skills (PC Literate)

        Self-motivated, Proactive with a Confident and positive attitude.

Schedule:

Hours in the Office: Mondays to Fridays   -  10AM to 6PM (1 hr lunch break, unpaid)

Hours at home: 5 hrs a week (evening/weekend).
